Why People Love JMW

Hill Mead Primary School

" The music lessons and clubs are wonderful. The teachers are professionals, contemporary musicians and what a difference it makes. Our kids love the repertoire and they are excelling with the high quality teaching. The staff have a very positive work ethic and also make a very high technical demands of our students, who rise to the challenge magnificently! Everyone associated with JMW is courteous, trustworthy and genuinely nice guy and yes, most of them are men so we do get positive male role models thrown in for good measure! "

Allen Edwards Primary School

" Clinton's teaching methods often leave pupils in awe and wonder. He is an inspirational force to the school with his strong, dynamic personality, it allows him to effectively deliver the course content whilst engaging all pupils to enjoy and be creative. "

Oasis Academy Shirley Park Croydon

" There is no doubting the impact of Jordan Music Workshops. JMW has given our students a greater sense of self-esteem, a greater sense of self-worth and has definitely given them the ability to engage outside of the curriculum. I think that's evidenced by the fact that we have so many more students now opting for choir and music clubs. And the fact that we have been able to increase our provision here, is directly related to the work we have done with Jordan Music Workshops. "

Stephen Bell - Boys and Men Choir. South bank London 2016

"Thank you so much for the wonderful workshop. I really enjoyed it & it was great fun! Looking forward to attending more of your workshops. Please keep up all the wonderful work."

Louise Salewski - Head Teacher Streatham Wells School 2016

"Thank you so much for the huge amounts of enthusiasm and hard work you carried out to make sure the choir gave such an amazing performance. One of the children has a statement of special needs and he showed that nothing is impossible with determination. Parents were delighted. Two children who performed were adopted from care, it was great to see them working as part of a group, their parents were so pleased. Thanks Again."

Rt Hob Ed Miliband MP October 2013

“I wanted to write to you and congratulate you all on your wonderful singing at the Stephen Lawrence dinner earlier this month and at the memorial service in April. You gave a truly memorable performance and the hard work and dedication that I know you must all put in to your singing really paid off. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to you.”

Denise Davis Deputy Head Teacher, St Martins In The Field High School For Girls 2011

“Clinton has run our choirs at St Martins in the Fields for over 10 years. Under his inspirational training and leadership they have flourished and produce a quality of performance that continues to astound those who come to hear them. Clinton is not only a choirmaster he is also a massive influence on the young people he comes into contact with. Clinton challenges them in a way they can respond to and sets the tone to encourage those with whom he works to commit their lives to God whilst having fun and celebrating what is good. Clinton brings out the best in young people by believing the best of them.”

Paul Robinson Head Teacher, Woodmansterne Primary School And Children’s Centre 2012

“Following the retirement of our Music AST, we were very been to ensure that high quality music lessons continued at Woodmansterne Primary School & Children’s Centre. Since we began to work with Jordan Music Ltd, our music teacher, Natalie, has been a much loved, much valued and respected member of the school community. Her hard work and enthusiasm for music is contagious – the children singing and performing in school, in our local community and taking part in various Lambeth events. Jordan Music has been extremely proactive in ensuring I know what is happening, what is coming up and ensuring our children are fostering a love and enjoyment of music – performance and appreciation.”

Elizabeth Sims Head Teacher, Archbishop Tenison 2011

“Jordan Music Workshop has been instrumental in developing our music ability in our school. The establishment of our boys’ choir has been very well received; producing and unearthing some hidden talents, raising self esteem and confidence. The expertise and passion has made a tremendous impact on the school. Thank you Clinton!!”

Lesley Morrison CBE Head Teacher, St Martins In-The-Field High School For Girls, BBC Choir Of The Year Category Finalist

“We have four Gospel Choirs at St Martin, the largest comprising 48 students. Clinton Jordan has played a central role in the development of our Gospel Choirs at St Martins, in fact we could not have done it without him. As well as being a gifted singer and musician, he has the ability to inspire young people to achieve excellence. He has exceptionally high standards and the girls are pushed to perform out of their comfort zone. As a result anyone who hears them are both moved and inspired. Under his direction successive choirs have performed at many prestigious venues including the House of Lords, Westminster city Chapel, The National History Museum and in The Queen Elizabeth Hall. Our Elite Choir was in the final of The BBC Choir of the year and will be singing in ST Paul, cathedral on 22nd July. Clinton first started to direct the choir in 1999 when Her Majesty the Queen visited the school for our Tercentenary Celebrations. We have also employed other members of the organisation to run our junior choirs and D can also testify that they were reliable and trained the girls to a high quality performance.”

JULIA Parent, Bonneville Primary School 2014
