The genesis of Jordan Music Workshops’ was in June 2006 formed by Clinton Jordan.
Clinton has been working in education teaching music for 13 years. Singing and conducting choirs are the main elements forming his background and foundation.
HISTORY:
Clinton is an internationally renowned singer and music director in his own right. He has conducted Europe’s premier choirs on the continents of Africa, Asia and Europe, as well as performing with numerous internationally renowned artists such as Sir Paul McCartney, Sting, Mariah Carey and Celine Dion, to name but a few. He was also chosen to be part of Tina Turner’s 60th Birthday celebration, as featured by London Weekend Television.
BELIEFS:
Clinton believes that the discipline, attention and focus it takes to learn music and play an instrument will enhance and raise the standards of education.
His passion for teaching, his experience with music, and his love for young people, has made him overly experienced, thus allowing him to create an industry specifically for young people, illustrating that the use of music can focus a child for life.
JMW:
JMW's tutors have a wide and high level of experience and expertise in music, teaching and youth work.
JMW's workshops are used as a reward system, in most of our schools, for good behaviour and work. Concerts and performances are the grand finalé for all their hard work and accomplishments, allowing them to perform the fruits of their labour - an experience loved and appreciated by all.
